Welcome! Let’s get to know our neighbors.
We know genuine connections with neighbors next door and business owners down the street make for a more meaningful experience. And we believe getting to know people in our community should be simple. That’s why Stroll meets you where you’re at – your mailbox.
We are grateful to serve this amazing community.
Every month, we share stories from and about different residents within our neighborhood.
See below for a few of our recent favorites.
Stroll is made possible by the great local businesses who support this magazine. If you’re ever in need, please keep them in mind!
Meet Your Publisher
Raegan Sowders is a Kansas native who has been an N2 Publishing Franchisee for nine years. She played collegiate basketball at Seward County in Liberal, Kansas, and at Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska. She graduated with a Graphic Arts degree from Concordia. "I love having a design background because I'm able to collaborate with clients on their branding message and really assist them in making the message to our communities impactful and relatable." Her publications have received recognition several times for its quality of resident-based content. Over the years, Raegan has been apart of both regional and national leadership groups, helping other Franchisees with their businesses and helping to develop company-wide processes and procedures.
"I love the opportunities within my role to meet and help others," Raegan shares. "Meeting with solid local businesses and helping them gain visibility, making connections and relationships within the Wichita community, being able to bring joy to our neighborhoods through sharing their stories are just a few of the things that I get to do on a consistent basis."
In her spare time, Raegan enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake, and their two children, Carson and Grayden. You can find them traveling, spending time at the lake, doing almost anything outdoors, visiting their favorite local restaurants or family spots such as the Tanganyika Zoo, and finding ways to have friendly competition, whether that be a board game, or physical activity. Raegan also plans to write and illustrate her very own children's books in the near future.

Death of a loved one is difficult. The death of a loved one during the Covid quarantine was paralyzing. Cozine was there for us. Terese Johnson walked us through the planning process while dad was in his final months. Maira Salazar was there for our family when he passed, and we were thankful for the kind, compassionate care we received from everyone at Cozine. We were so thankful for all they did to help us during a difficult time.
There aren’t many things that I read cover to cover, but I do read "The Life" magazine each month along with my photography magazine. I enjoy looking at the photos and reading about my neighbors.
Congratulations, Raegan, on the publication’s national recognition of what you are accomplishing! Your advertisers must really appreciate the circulation and quality of the life and the index of their sponsorship. We've used three of the advertisers and added Rhoden Roofing last July. We always review the index before we go shopping because we know how they pay the tab and we love the publication.
