A Place to Entertain

Jenny has been a homeowner in WingHaven for close to 10 years. She has enjoyed living here and being so close to everything O'fallon and the surrounding area has to offer. When she first saw her home she new it would be perfect for entertaining her friends and family.
Jenny shared with us that she loves to entertain and that her spacious home has allowed her to do that in a big way.
"Our basement gives our friends and family a large space to hang out and play cards, pool, or foosball. My nieces like the large bathroom and the bedroom we finished has served many of our overnight guests well. At times we have had 17 people sleeping over and we always have plenty of room. I love preparing food and drinks in our beautiful kitchen surrounded by the people I love while the rest of the family hangs out in our huge living room area watching a game or just having fun.
Our home is open in concept but we still have enough privacy in each of the areas that our guests can feel comfortable doing many types of activities without interrupting someone else. For example, the kids can be downstairs playing, people can be in the living room watching a game, friends can be eating in the dining area, and we can still be cooking and laughing in the kitchen. It has truly been wonderful to spend so much time with friends and family here.
I enjoy that we have a small yard because we don't have to spend a ton of time taking care of it. Even though I don't spend a ton of time outside I love the fact that our backyard is surrounded by trees that create an oasis of privacy for our home. Looking out our upstairs windows and seeing all the green of the trees brings me a feeling of peacefulness."
