Having woven their lives into the neighborhood for the past three years, the Schulins revel in the lively atmosphere, cherishing the presence of numerous families with kids around. They also share a deep fondness for the wonderful local elementary school, which has become an integral part of their daily rhythm.

 

Chad’s journey, hailing from Houston and Texas A&M University, initially steered him through a successful career in commercial real estate, representing Fortune 100 companies for over a decade in Dallas. However, the aspiration to build a stronger family foundation led him to transition to residential real estate. This pivotal shift allowed him to achieve a remarkable balance between professional success, recognized in esteemed publications, and cherishing invaluable family moments.

 

Meredith, a Texan with roots outside Dallas and a graduate from Texas Tech University, wove through marketing and education realms. Her path led her to meet Chad in Dallas, where they tied the knot in 2010. The family journeyed from Dallas to McKinney in 2014, ultimately settling into Whitley Place in November 2020. After the birth of their eldest son, Mason, Meredith gracefully transitioned into a role as a supportive stay-at-home mom, aiding Chad in his real estate ventures. She has recently delved into a newfound passion as a Disney-specialized Travel Advisor.

 

Their days are filled with activity. Mason finds joy in basketball, football, and diving into books, while the younger Liam relishes football, baseball, basketball, and nurtures an artistic flair. As a close-knit unit they love traveling to the beach, their cabin in Broken Bow, and the enchanting realms of Disneyland and Disney World, fostering their love for exploration and new experiences.

 

Family traditions hold a special place in their hearts, especially their favorite movie nights at home on weekends, offering cherished moments of togetherness. Their culinary delights find fulfillment in local gems like Gloria’s, Napoli’s and Silo Park. 

 

Their travels are steeped in beach adventures and Disney magic, embracing destinations like Mexico (Cabo/Cancun), 30A, Broken Bow, and the serene shores of Hawaii. When it comes to sports, the Schulin household enthusiastically rallies behind the Dallas Cowboys, Mavericks, Rangers, Texas A&M Aggies, and Texas Tech Red Raiders.

 

Their favorite entertainment fluctuates, but the current household favorite is the timeless classic "Rookie of the Year."
