Dr. Heather is a Cheyenne native who graduated from Central High School. She and Dr. Marley both attended the University of Northern Colorado, where they met in Organic chemistry.   Both Doctors went on to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, to pursue their future career side by side.   Dr. Heather always knew she wanted to be involved in health care, but the typical Western model was not her passion.  She found Chiropractic and immediately felt that it fit her and her philosophy on health and healing.  Dr. Marley grew up in a family focused on natural-minded health care and studied sport and exercise science on his journey into chiropractic care.  His interest in chiropractic started after he suffered a sports injury that only chiropractic care could fix.

As a new patient, you will start with a detailed consultation and examination featuring a comprehensive digital posture analysis, spinal thermography scans, and a thorough spinal analysis utilizing the Gonstead method.  Finally, you will receive full spinal digital x-rays (if warranted) upon the completion of your first visit. The providers will then sit down as a team to review the findings and develop an individualized care plan for you based on your goals and their findings.  On your next visit, you will return to the office to go over your results and receive your first adjustment.  

In addition to chiropractic care and to address the chronic health issues of the community, Dr. Marley started an additional business, Functional Health Specialists, as an extension of Livin’ Well Family Chiropractic’s mission. This practice focuses on inspiring health from within and works to help patients conquer their chronic health struggles naturally, without using drugs or dangerous procedures.  Through a detailed history, the team is able to order lab work that is specific to your case.  From your findings/objective data, they can tailor specific lifestyle recommendations and nutrition plans, supplement protocols, and identify certain environmental factors contributing to your health concerns.  You are assigned a health coach you meet with regularly to implement the necessary steps to regain your health, and you meet with a provider regularly to fine-tune your specific protocol.  Regular testing is performed to ensure that your body is truly healing from the inside out.
