Care That Goes Deeper: Sol Chiropractic

For Sabrina Livingston and Dr. Parker Livingston, Sol Chiropractic was never meant to be just another office. It came from a point where they knew there had to be a better way to care for people, one that felt intentional, thorough, and rooted in long-term health rather than quick, surface-level.

Albuquerque has always been home for both Sabrina and Parker. Now raising their son Archer  here, their life reflects the same values they bring into their practice. Time spent outdoors,  staying active, and prioritizing connection are not separate from their work, they are part of it.
Sabrina began her chiropractic journey at Parker University in Dallas, where she also earned her  Master’s in Human Strength and Performance. Her background in movement expanded through  personal training, acupuncture, Applied Kinesiology, and yoga. During that time, Parker was  introduced to chiropractic through her experience, and what started as curiosity quickly grew into  something more, leading him back to school and into the profession alongside her.
Sol Chiropractic opened in 2023 with a clear purpose, to give families a better option for holistic,  personalized care. Before starting their own practice, both Sabrina and Parker worked in  environments where care often felt rushed and limited, focused only on symptoms rather than the  bigger picture. That experience shaped their vision for something different.
At Sol, everything centers around the nervous system. When it is supported, the body can adapt,  heal, and function the way it is meant to. That philosophy carries through every service they  offer, including care for individuals, families, and specialized areas like prenatal, postpartum,  and pediatric support.
They combine precise adjustments with movement-based systems like Dynamic Neuromuscular  Stabilization and Functional Range Conditioning to help clients not only get out of pain, but  move better and stay better. Services like dry needling, cupping, and meridian therapy further  support recovery and overall function.
What truly sets Sol apart is the level of personalization. Through in-depth assessments and  nervous system scanning, each client receives care tailored to how their body is adapting to  stress. It is not about creating dependency, but about helping people understand their bodies and  build long-term resilience.
Clients often come in after feeling like they have tried everything, and leave with a different  experience. As one shared, “they truly listen and provide personalized care that’s helped so much
with my needs.” Another described it as “going far beyond simple adjustments,” leaving them  feeling “more aligned, balanced, and supported.”
For families, the impact can be even more meaningful. One parent shared that after just a short  time in care, their child, who had struggled with sleep since birth, was finally “sleeping through  the night for a solid twelve hours.”
At its core, Sol Chiropractic is about helping people reconnect with their bodies in a meaningful  way, creating a space that feels calm, intentional, and supportive of lasting change.
