Deb Wilson's Adobo Chicken

The perfect dinner for a cold day!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cut-up chicken with bones. It just tastes better than cooking it without bones.
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic (can use fresh or in a jar) 
  • 1 teaspoon of onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • I also add about 2 Tablespoons of olive oil

COOKING
  1. Add ingredients into a roasting pan
  2. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn meat over after 30 minutes.

SERVING
Serve with your choice of rice and a veggie, and enjoy!
