What prompted you to start your own business?
I have been an entrepreneur my whole life. Having several businesses through the years has helped me grow into the person I am today. I'm self-made and very self-driven.
What does your company do?
Everything Real Estate related.
How many people does the company employ?
Reinhart Realtors has 5 including myself. Reinhart Renovations has anywhere from 5-10 on a crew.
How long have you been in business?
19 years
Is there anything extraordinary / unique your company does?
You will experience red-carpet-like customer service. I pride myself on communication and being as genuine and trustworthy of a person as my momma taught me to be. Thanks, Mom!
How did you decide on this industry?
A friend of mine needed a hand. He and his girlfriend were about to have their first child and he needed a study buddy, so I went to school with him. He paid for my books and the rest is history. I received Rookie of the Year in 2006 and I've received a lot of accolades through the years: I've been a Top 100 Realtor in the state of Missouri out of 25,000, a top 1,000 agent in the United States, and last year I was a top 1% Realtor in Springfield out of 2,500.
Given your business expertise and the nature of what you do, what advice can you offer to the residents of your neighborhood?
I would just want one opportunity to meet you and discuss our current market and what I can do for you that others can’t. I offer different strategies and a whole new approach to Real Estate. I have a very well-oiled machine and want my clients to always feel like they are #1 at all times.
Where did you grow up?
I graduated from Camdenton in 1998 - Go Lakers! I loved growing up at the Lake of the Ozarks. I wouldn’t live there today, but I sell real estate there occasionally!
What section of the neighborhood do you currently live in and how long have you lived in the neighborhood?
We are new to the neighborhood. We bought a house on hole 16, gutted it back in August 2022, and moved in December 2022. We came home from the hospital a few days before Christmas with our newest addition to the family and they were wrapping up the final details in the kitchen. It got a tad stressful living under construction for a month and living in a few VRBOS for a few months, but we have a beautiful home and are forever grateful for it.
Tell us about your family.
I have a beautiful wife named Allison. We've been together for 7 years and married for 2. She is the rock and brains of our family. She's a Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice at Mercy Hospital. We have 2 daughters: Rylie Isabelle just turned 3 years old and Aubrie Ann just turned 1. #GirlDad
What are your hobbies / interests?
I love my job so much that I don’t have time for much besides the kids. But when I’m free and alone in the house, you’ll find me playing my guitar and singing my heart out. Or I will be in the backyard on the course playing golf. I love playing all the different courses in our area. It’s my favorite pastime, and it’s my dream come true to live out here. God has blessed me and my family beyond belief, and we're forever grateful to live in such a wonderful community. I just love it here! I LOVE the OZARKS!!!
