Jim, Lisa, McKinzie, Claudia, Rodger (L to R)

In the Highland Meadows neighborhood, Lisa Blount and Jim Baker reside on Bromborough Drive. They share their home with two dogs named Bart and Lexy. Lisa, a Registered Nurse with 29 years of experience, has specialized in various areas such as Labor and Delivery, Legal Nurse Consulting, Worker’s Compensation, Acute Rehabilitation, and Hospital Billing Review Nursing, along with Aesthetics. She holds a BSN degree from UNC, Greeley. Lisa has one daughter, McKinzie. On the other hand, Jim, who was born in Africa moved to Kansas in 1961 where he was raised and graduated from Kansas University. He has been a pharmacist for 37 years and works for Banner Health Systems. Jim is particularly enthusiastic about college and professional sports, supporting teams like Kansas University and the Kansas City Chiefs.  Jim has a daughter, Emily, who lives in Denver with her wife Carlee.

Lisa, originally from Omaha and raised in Fort Collins, has been a resident of Northern Colorado since the age of two. Lisa and Jim moved to Highland Meadows in 2015, attracted by the golf community, friendly neighbors, proximity to restaurants, and a safe environment for walking and biking. Both Lisa and Jim share a passion for golf and are constantly working on improving their game. They also enjoy biking with Lisa’s parents, Rodger and Claudia, who live only five minutes away.

Lisa's daughter, McKinzie Greve, is a certified laser specialist and esthetician, working with her mother at Che Bella Injectables and Aesthetics Medical Spa – more on that in a bit! McKinzie, a dedicated Denver Nuggets and Broncos fan, was born at PVH in Fort Collins and has lived in various places, including Highlands Ranch and Thornton. She owns a smart and lively cat named Kona and is passionate about staying informed on new developments in the aesthetic industry while enjoying global travel and quality time with friends.

Lisa is very excited about sharing information about the spa she co-owns with McKinzie. Situated at 423 Main Street in the building alongside the Hannah Rachel Boutique, Che Bella Injectables and Aesthetics is a boutique-style Medical Spa. Che Bella is committed to delivering personalized one-to-one care through safe medical skincare treatments, aiming to enhance the natural beauty of its clients. Che Bella offers a range of services including Botox and Daxxify, dermal fillers, laser skincare treatments, laser hair removal, IPL treatments, laser tattoo removal, laser vein removal, micro-needling, and microderm/hydrodermabrasion treatments. The spa envisions expanding its services to include IV nutrition/hydration, vitamin injections, and weight loss support/nutrition in the future.

Lisa and McKinzie are enthusiastic about this new venture and look forward to providing caring and personalized experiences to their clients at Che Bella Injectables and Aesthetics!

Lisa’s parents, Rodger and Claudia, moved to Fort Collins in 1972 and later to Windsor in 2002, Rodger worked at Kodak for 25 years, while Claudia served at the Fort Collins Women's Clinic for an equal duration. Now retired, they stay active by biking around Fort Collins and Windsor, with Claudia participating in a women's hiking group every Friday across Northern Colorado and Wyoming. Rodger, an Air Force veteran, had the privilege of going on an Honor Flight. The couple has two sons, Randy in Denver and Todd in Chandler, AZ, and they enjoy watching Broncos games, especially when their son Randy is involved on the field. Their two dogs, Manhattan and Finnegan, complete their loving household.

As a close-knit NOCO family, they place high value on spending quality time together. Lisa says, “Our activities range from attending sports games and concerts to boating, camping, enjoying family dinners, taking leisurely walks with our dogs, and organizing play dates for our furry companions. We have created beautiful memories at Boyd Lake and Horsetooth through boating and camping adventures over the years. In addition to these locations, we also enjoy beach vacations, international travel, and exploring different cultures. Family dinners and holiday gatherings in our household are marked by the presence of a minimum of 5-7 dogs, each receiving ample love and attention. Our family holds a deep appreciation for our beloved pets, treating them as the royalty they are – the true Kings and Queens of our hearts!”

As Lisa, Jim, and their close-knit family continue to embark on new ventures, they look forward to creating lasting connections and providing exceptional experiences at Che Bella Injectables and Aesthetics. The bonds of family, community, and shared aspirations blend seamlessly for this Highland Meadows family.
