A huge thank you to Claudia Oliva for hosting our select group of Oak Creek ladies and business partners. We joined together for an evening of relaxation with Halotherapy. The Salt Room at VIDA had a calming effect and was a great stress reducer.

Salt is naturally super absorbent, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory. We learned that a Halogenerator grinds the salt into micro-sized particles and then disperses the salt aerosol into the room to be inhaled.

The dry salt naturally starts absorbing allergens, loosening toxins, mucus, and foreign substances in your lungs and throughout your respiratory tract to aid in cleaning the airways.
