ABOUT ROSE CITY AIRFEST
Rose City Airfest in Tyler, Texas, brings together world-class aviation performers, military aircraft, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Aviation, & Mathematics) education opportunities, family entertainment, and community engagement for an unforgettable weekend celebrating aviation and our service men and women, as this event is organized by and the primary fundraiser for Communities Assisting Military Personnel and Veterans (CampV).
Hosted at the Historic Aviation Memorial Museum (HAMM) at Tyler Pounds Regional Airport, Rose City Airfest is more than an airshow, it is a community event designed to inspire future generations, honor aviation heritage, and support the men and women who have served our country. The event attracts aviation enthusiasts, military supporters, families, students, and visitors from across East Texas and beyond.
EDUCATION AND INSPIRATION
A core mission of Rose City Airfest is inspiring the next generation of aviators, engineers, mechanics, and aerospace professionals while supporting local Veterans through CampV.
The event offers opportunities for young people to:

COMMUNITY IMPACT
Rose City Airfest generates economic activity for local businesses, hotels, restaurants, and tourism partners while showcasing Tyler and East Texas to visitors from across the region. The event directly impacts Veterans served at CampV. Through fundraising efforts, CampV serves over 700 Veterans per month and has prevented at least 49 suicides since opening its doors in 2019. The event is organized and hosted by CampV and made possible through the support of community partners, sponsors, volunteers, aviation organizations and public agencies working together to create an event that benefits the entire community.
