Whether helping busy families keep up with daily schedules or providing businesses with efficient fueling solutions, Rapid Refuel focuses on saving customers valuable time and money. They also offer Mobile Exterior Car Wash services and have recently launched an Interior Detail service. In keeping convenience at the heart of their business model, the Interior Detail service includes pick up and drop off of the customer’s vehicle as part of the service.

Rapid Refuel officially launched in July of 2025 after its founder recognized a simple but powerful idea. Today, people can have groceries, meals, and packages delivered to their door, so why not fuel as well?

As a mom of three, the idea felt especially meaningful. Reflecting on years filled with school schedules, sports practices, and running businesses, the founder realized how helpful a service like this would have been during those hectic seasons of life. That realization became the motivation to create a solution that helps other families manage their busy schedules more easily.

The business is also designed to help fellow entrepreneurs. Rapid Refuel offers services that can add convenience and even financial benefits to companies by supporting business fleets and offering unique employee perks.

The First Mobile Fuel Delivery Service in Wisconsin

Another thing that sets Rapid Refuel apart is that it is the first mobile fuel and car wash delivery service in Wisconsin, bringing a completely new level of convenience to the Greater Green Bay area.

Behind the business is a family deeply rooted in the local community. Originally from Reedsville, the founder moved to the Green Bay area about 25 years ago while attending NWTC. She and her husband Aaron have lived in Howard for more than 16 years and have built several successful business ventures together.

Family remains at the center of everything they do. Their three children have all grown up in the Howard-Suamico School District. Elianna, 20, is currently attending the University of Tennessee in Knoxville pursuing a degree in Audiology and Speech Pathology with plans to become an Audiologist. Hayden, 18, is a senior at Bay Port High School and plans to attend a four year college to study Business or Marketing while continuing to play men’s soccer. Aliyah, 16, is a junior at Bay Port High School and participates in an All Star Cheer program in Kimberly.

Outside of work, the family enjoys traveling to warm weather destinations and spending time together.

The founder graduated from NWTC and has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. She and her husband Aaron owned a manufacturing facility for nearly 20 years before selling the company to LP Building Solutions in 2019.

Over the years she has also owned Lou’s Bootery, RedDoor Fitness, and a local sourdough cottage bakery. In addition, the couple currently operates several short term rental properties through their company, HEAT Properties. Each of these experiences helped shape the path that eventually led to Rapid Refuel.

Recognizing how busy life can be for families and businesses, the idea for a mobile fuel delivery service began to take shape. By bringing fuel directly to customers, Rapid Refuel helps simplify one small but important part of the day while also helping businesses improve efficiency and offer a unique perk for employees.

Community involvement is important to the Rapid Refuel team. One organization especially close to the founder’s heart is The Giving Tree in the Howard-Suamico area. She volunteers during the annual Holiday Store event each December, helping set up the shop and assisting families as they select gifts for their loved ones.

When asked what advice she would share with Ledgeview residents, her answer reflects both her experience as a business owner and a parent.

“One thing I’ve learned over the years as a business owner and mom is how valuable time really is. Look for ways to simplify your life so you can spend more time on the things that matter most, family, friends, and enjoying the community. I’d also encourage people to support local businesses whenever possible. Small businesses play a big role in making communities like Ledgeview such a great place to live.”
