Growing up in Howard and spending his life in the Green Bay area, he initially pursued a career as a lineman before discovering a passion for electrical engineering. After earning a second degree, he graduated during a recession when job opportunities were limited. That challenge led him into sales, where he worked at WG&R Furniture while building custom computers on the side.

That side hustle eventually opened the door to a role in IT, where he discovered a natural talent for complex problem solving. His career continued to grow as he became the first IT employee and IT Manager at BelGioioso Cheese. It was during this time that Jeff began exploring real estate investing, encouraged by his wife to pursue what he was truly good at. That decision would ultimately shape the future of his career.

What started as investing on the side quickly evolved into something much bigger.
