Kinderton Village’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt - A Morning of Eggs, Laughter, and Community
The morning of the Easter egg hunt arrived under a beautiful Carolina blue sky, accompanied by plenty of chilly wind. But that didn’t stop families from gathering in eager anticipation of Kinderton Village’s annual Easter Egg Hunt.
Earlier in the week, volunteers came together to stuff eggs, then returned early on hunt day to carefully tuck bright treasures into the crooks of trees, beneath benches, and along the green.
At the stroke of ten, the Easter Bunny made a grand arrival, and the hunt was on. The green quickly came alive with the sound of laughter and the excitement of children darting from one hiding spot to the next.
When the final egg was found, families gathered at the gazebo, cheeks flushed and baskets full. The crowd lingered, sharing smiles and gratitude for another wonderful event. There were no grand prizes, just simple treats and warm applause, given as much for kindness as for success.
In that sunlit moment, Kinderton Village felt especially joyful, a place where community comes together and memories are made.
A very special thank you to our Community Engagement Team, the HOAs, and all of our volunteers. And an extra thank you to Ronnie Woodall for hopping into the bunny suit. What a trooper!
