Hi Friends,

Well, here comes summer and as much as we can, I guess we need to prepare ourselves for the brutal Texas heat. Let’s gather up our friends and neighbors and hunker down at some of our favorite neighborhood food and adult beverage shelters. We have many nearby, and if we must visit them all to stay cool and refreshed, then we must! If the shade of the large Live Oaks isn’t enough, we'll see you inside the frosty tasting room. Many of these spots are owned by our neighbors and are strong supporters of our community, so it will be a fun way to return the favor!  

 

Speaking of getting ready for the summer heat and the potential storms that come with it, it’s good timing that in this issue, we get to hear from long-time Belterra resident, Jake Landry, owner of LoveRain Roof Co. We have the pleasure of getting to know Jake, and he gives us comfort knowing we can stay dry and cozy during the upcoming weather shenanigans. Go ahead and sleep soundly knowing that Jake and LoveRain got you covered!
