Honey-Glazed Spring Carrots

Bright, tender, and just a little bit sweet, these honey-glazed spring carrots are the perfect way to add a pop of color (and flavor) to any meal. Quick to make and full of fresh spring vibes, they’ll have everyone asking for seconds.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add carrots and cook 5–7 minutes until slightly tender.
  2. Drizzle honey, add herbs, and stir for another 2–3 minutes until glazed and fragrant.
  3. Serve warm as a side or light snack.
