Honey-Glazed Spring Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- Drizzle honey, add herbs, and stir for another 2–3 minutes until glazed and fragrant.
