Owner Sharmeen Jilla started the business because she has a passion for dogs and cats. “My advice is that if you want your pet to live a happy, healthy long life, then you should start with good nutrition,” shared Sharmeen.

Sharmeen previously worked in human health for 30 years before transitioning to working in the pet business. “I have two boys, ages 20 and 16,” Sharmeen shared. “Both of my boys were born and raised in Dallas. My husband went to graduate school at A&M. I, however, grew up in India to London to Singapore, Boston, New York, then Dallas. I am very active in my community and I thrive on building strong relationships.”
