How Stephanie Mathews Brings Calm to the Chaos
The 21-year White Eagle resident is the owner of Just Ask Stephy, and is redefining relocation and organization services.

Meet White Eagle resident Stephanie Mathews, owner of Just Ask Stephy, a luxury home management and personal concierge service, catering to the busy and discerning lifestyles of residents, offering a wide range of highly personalized and tailored services.
When life transitions become overwhelming, whether it’s a cross-country move, downsizing a home, or clearing out an office, most services focus on just one small aspect of the process. What makes Just Ask Stephy different is how Stephanie steps in to orchestrate every part of the journey.
Clients call her a lifesaver for good reason. She doesn’t just pack boxes or hire movers; she coordinates the entire puzzle -- working with realtors, overseeing estate sales, arranging repairs, handling donations, scheduling junk removal, and making sure every last detail is taken care of. Her approach blends professional-level project management with the warmth of a trusted friend.
One client put it simply: “I seriously do not know what I would have done if we had not had Stephanie coordinate the relocation. She was literally a lifesaver. Always available for a phone call and a chat. Such a pleasure to work with.”
Stephanie’s expertise runs deep. With over 20 years in Naperville, hands-on experience owning and renovating multiple homes, and a background in Project Management, she has cultivated a trusted network of professionals who share her commitment to integrity and exceptional craftsmanship. This curated list of reliable experts is one she proudly shares with her clients, who consistently express their gratitude for having access to such high-quality resources.
What sets Stephanie apart is her ability to make overwhelming changes feel seamless, and sometimes even fun. Whether she’s managing a full home relocation or downsizing a law office while the client is out of the country, her clients trust her completely to handle what they can’t. And her services aren’t limited to major transitions. Stephanie is just as happy taking on the little things that make life run smoothly. She’s currently helping a busy professional care for her dog while she travels and even launched an Etsy store for a client who designs jewelry; proof that no task is too monumental or minute. For Stephanie, it’s all in a day’s work, helping busy families and professionals reclaim their valuable time so they can truly enjoy their free time.
Now, she’s ready to bring that same expertise and care to your home. With winter approaching, Stephanie is expanding her services to include home management for snowbirds, offering weekly property checks, coordinating repairs, overseeing vendors, and making sure everything runs smoothly while Chicagoans escape to warmer weather.
