To close out the club year, our Garden Social Club took a step back in time on May 8th with a fun 1960s Flower Power themed Party in the ballroom. We enjoyed generous hors d’oeuvres, drinks and live music provided by Brandon Fenley, a local guitarist. As you can see from the attached photos, everyone enjoyed getting into their groove with their fun outfits.  It was a great way to end the planned programs for this Garden Club year. 

This summer we are continuing our recent summer tradition of the Chill at the Grill Meet 

Ups. Plan to join us for great conversation, cool drinks and the opportunity to stay for lunch.  

It’s a great way to get to know each other better and enjoy the slower pace of summer days.  

July’s Meet Up will be July 22nd at 11:00. Check the Garden Social Club Facebook page for the specific location. Make plans to join us!  

There are no dues now for the summer Meet Ups, however, if you want to pay your dues for 

next year before our September meeting, the dues are only $25.  After the September meeting, the dues will be $30. You can mail your check to 4958 Westchester Drive, porch drop it off or bring it to the July Meet Up. Please include your email, clearly written, on the check.  

The Garden Social Club Board is already hard at work planning another year of wonderful programs and speakers aimed at helping us all learn and enjoy our gardens more while we also nurture the great friendships we have developed.
