At just six years old, Mila Didovic, a Southside Elementary student, is proving that age is no barrier to making a significant impact. She has already discovered a passion for art and giving back to her community.

Mila's enthusiasm for creativity knows no bounds. Her favorite subject at school is art, and she spends her free time writing short stories, crafting, and gardening. Mila also excels in ballet, dance, and swimming. When asked how she got started with her activities, she mentioned that over the summer break, she decided to write and illustrate her first book, with the goal of raising funds to ensure every child enjoys a Christmas this year.

What's most remarkable about Mila is her dedication to helping others. She has already sold almost 80 copies of her book and raised approximately $1,275, with all proceeds going towards making the holiday season special for families in need.

Mila's unique storytelling and artistic talents, along with her admirable generosity, make her a truly remarkable young member of our community. She looks up to her parents as role models and it's clear that our community has a compassionate and creative young leader in the making.
