I grew up in Dallas, Tx.  My husband, Vince, is originally from the Basque region of Spain.  As a result of our corporate positions, we moved frequently both internationally (including Hong Kong and Toronto) and state side.  With over 11 moves before settling here in 2000, Vince and I have had many real estate transactions.”  Georgia continues, “It is through my own experiences of buying and selling many homes that gives me empathy for the challenges buyers and sellers go through.”  Having experienced these challenges first hand enables Georgia to anticipate many of the “last minute details” that can pop up. “My goal to make every client’s experience as stress-free as possible.”  

When asked what she feels sets her apart from the many other real estate agents in Sarasota she quickly replied, “Prior to becoming a realtor, I worked in the hospitality industry.  I held sales and marketing positions with Le Meridien Hotels, Shangri-La-Hotels of Asia, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.  My experiences in marketing luxury hotels have helped guide my sales and marketing philosophies in real estate.”  

After successfully working in the corporate environment for many years Georgia decided it was time to take her luxury hotel industry experience to a business of her own.  “Real estate has always been one of my passions.  All of my previous sales and marketing experience in such a customer-oriented industry gave me a natural bridge to the real estate business.  I have always stayed up to date on new trends, technology, and the best ways of accomplishing goals in the marketplace.  Staging along with professional photography and video have become integral parts of my business.  These have helped set my listings apart from the competition in the best possible way.”

Georgia’s success in the real estate industry is apparent with all of the awards she has received over the years.  Most recently she was honored to become a member of Coldwell Banker’s Society of Excellence.  Her results put her in the top 1% of over 50,000 realtors in the Realogy Broker Network.  Georgia not only exceeds in the existing home realm of real estate sales; she enjoys working with developers and assist in project development from start to finish.  She is the lead realtor for Peninsula Sarasota, a luxury condominium project on Golden Gate Point.  

Georgia and Vince call the Avondale neighborhood home. Our son, Daniel, graduated from Ringling College of Art & Design. He now lives in Richmond, VA where works as a Motion Designer.  In her free time, Georgia and Vince enjoy cooking, travel, along with spending time with friends and family.
