At our most recent Neighbors’ Night Out, the community gathered to celebrate a cherished Southside staple, Knick’s Tavern and Grill, while welcoming the much-anticipated opening of The 1818 Grill. New owner, Thomas "Tommy" Lovell, has been dedicated to ensuring that the restaurant evolves for the better without compromising the beloved menu items that we have all enjoyed for so many years. Tommy, and his family, have personal ties to Knick's Tavern and Grill and are committed to preserving its foundational integrity while evolving the space into something new and exciting that the community will love.

 

While it's always hard to say goodbye to a beloved establishment, we are thrilled to announce that the space has been transformed into The 1818 Grill. With a fresh vision and new offerings, The 1818 Grill will honor the legacy of Knick’s while introducing exciting changes that we hope you'll love. Join us in celebrating this new chapter and the continued tradition of great food and community spirit.

While celebrating this transition, we savored some of our favorite dishes and drinks while mingling with the community. And, as always, the event featured several generous raffle prizes.
