Inspired by Juan’s Guatemalan heritage and his mother’s secret hot sauce recipe, they set out to share their culinary treasures with the world. What began as a humble endeavor a decade ago at local farmers markets has now blossomed into a thriving business, with Green Belly Foods becoming a household name across Colorado. You can find Green Belly Foods products at over 300 events annually and in hundreds of stores including Whole Foods, King Soopers, Natural Grocers and entering Safeway this month! How did this happen? Charlie shared one client’s testimonial for Green Belly hot sauce. The customer exclaimed, “I would trade my first born child for a bottle of your sauce.”
