My name is Steven Owens, and I am an independent insurance agent for Texas Farm Bureau Insurance. Prior to working as an insurance agent for 14 years, I served a career in law enforcement and firefighting with the Woodway Public Safety Department. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and raising cattle and goats on our farm in Valley Mills.

I am a multiline agent specializing in home, farm and ranch, auto, and life insurance. I became an insurance agent because I am deeply committed to protecting my clients, helping safeguard what matters most to them, and being fully available when they have a need. I prefer doing business the "old-fashioned" way—sitting down face-to-face to review coverage, evaluate potential liability issues, and put together a complete program tailored to your individual needs. When you call or visit our office, you will also regularly work with my incredible Insurance Service Representative (ISR), Heather Wild, who is an essential part of my team and ensures our clients always receive attentive, seamless care.
