Founded in 2020, J.A. Green Accounting is built on trust, integrity, and personalized service. With over 20 years of experience as Certified Public Accountants, we bring deep expertise and passion to our roles. Jonathan offers deep expertise and a true passion for helping clients

navigate accounting and finance, while Allison provides valuable insight into tax and consulting to help clients reach their business goals.

Our journey into business ownership was driven by the desire to offer something different—a place where clients feel heard, understood, and valued. Whether preparing taxes, supporting small businesses, or answering financial questions, we take pride in being approachable,

responsive, and reliable. We take the time to understand each client’s unique needs, offering tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial objectives.

As we look to the future, we’re excited about expanding our services, embracing new technology to better serve our clients, and hosting educational workshops to help individuals and business owners feel more financially empowered.

Outside the office, community involvement is a central part of our lives. Jonathan proudly serves the broader Waco community and Midway ISD through his role on the Midway ISD Board of Trustees (Place 6), continuing a legacy established by his father, who held the seat for 19 years. He also contributes his leadership to the Midway ISD Education Foundation, the McLennan Central Appraisal District Board, and as Treasurer of the Greater Waco Sports Commission. Jonathan is also active in the local social organization, Hedonia Club of Waco.

Allison maintains strong ties in the community through her ongoing status as a sustainer in the Junior League of Waco. Together, we actively support local education and youth initiatives. Jonathan volunteers as a coach and social media manager for Midway Little League and started

a Waco Warriors travel baseball team for his youngest son’s age level, dedicating countless hours to mentoring young athletes. Both of us also volunteer with local PTAs, serving on the boards of Woodway Elementary and River Valley Middle School.

When we’re not working or volunteering, you’ll likely find us cheering on our kids at sporting events and acting as their personal Uber drivers!
