Meet 12-year-old Laney Phipps, an incoming 7th grader at RVMS. Laney wants to be an attorney when she grows up. She likes to debate and advocate her position in a discussion. She also loves to read books of all levels with a wide variety of subject matter. Her favorite book is Fearless: The Undaunted Courage and Ultimate Sacrifice of Navy SEAL Team SIX Operator Adam Brown.         

Her favorite vacations include going to 30A and seeing the Northwest Florida beaches for the first time and going on a National Geographic cruise through Alaska last summer. The cruise was an incredible experience for her to see the variety of wildlife in the wilderness.
