Pamela Pastor is a Holistic Esthetician, Herbalist, Reiki Practitioner and Energy Healer. She is the visionary behind Vitality by Pam – a wellness sanctuary where beauty, healing and spirituality come together. Pamela blends ancient wisdom with modern therapies to help her clients restore balance from the inside out.

Pamela, who is from Peru and moved to the United States with her family when she was 18

years old, started her fondness towards wellness and using natural remedies to heal the body from an early age. She has been practicing energy cleansing most of her life as well.

“I grew up around natural remedies and cleansing rituals that taught me how powerful the

body’s energy truly is,” Pamela explained. “When you remove negative energy out of your body, you will be able to improve your mood, think clearer and have greater emotional stability.”

A situation in her own life, in which Pamela experienced an ectopic pregnancy resulting in the

removal of one of her Fallopian tubes which caused her to have hormonal imbalance, led Pamela towards wellness through a holistic approach and energy healing even more. She developed a hormone imbalance that affected Pamela’s mood, weight, skin, and energy – pretty much everything. She was bloated, tired, and disconnected. On top of it all, doctors told her the only solution would be medication. Pamela had never taken medication in her life and certainly did not want to start now.

Applying therapies that she utilizes today and using her abilities of energy healing and herbal

remedies, Pamela was able to improve her own health without the assistance of medication.

“So, I told my husband that I wanted to have a place where I would be able to help everybody,” Pamela stated. The wheels were in motion for the opening of Vitality by Pam.

“I envisioned a place where I would be able to help people detox, reduce inflammation, heal

the body from within and feel vitalized. If you detox your body, you will prevent the worst

illnesses, including cancer,” Pamela explained. “The secret is to reduce inflammation, detoxify

the body, grounding and energy alignment to help regulate the nervous system and activate

the body’s natural healing abilities. You don’t need anything else. Its not magic - its nature!!”

Pamela will meet with each and every client for however long they need. She wants to know

what her client’s challenges are, and she will use her passion of healing and natural remedies

to walk side by side with them until healing is met.

Vitality by Pam offers a boutique experience that is very private, welcoming and relaxing.

Pamela’s family (husband Esnell, mom Maria, dad Carlos, brother Andree, son Jaden and dog Niko) hold a central place in her life and remain the driving force behind everything she does.

“I am deeply grateful for my husband, who has been my greatest supporter in every decision I

have made throughout my career. He is a Battalion Chief of North Lauderdale Fire-Rescue

Department where he has been serving the community and helping others for over 18 years,” Pamela shared. “His unwavering belief in my vision and dreams has giving me the strength and confidence to pursue my purpose with passion and dedication. Having a partner who stands beside you - thorough every challenge and success - is truly a blessing.”

“My mother Maria helps me a lot. Obliviously, I trust her and value her presence here. She is

truly the most loving and caring person I know! My parents kindness and nurturing presence

have played a meaningful role in my life,” Pamela said.

Pamela is extremely proud to teach her son, Jaden, who is 12 years old, to follow in her footsteps with helping other people. Passing down knowledge, values and purpose is one of the most meaningful parts of her journey. She says that it is a blessing to guide him as he learns the heart of holistic healing and entrepreneurship.

Pamela, who also has over 20 years of surgical medical experience working for a Cardiologist and a Dermatologist, is here for each customer and takes pride in seeing people heal and feel their best.

Outside of the business, the family loves to travel all over the world and spend time with each

other. Every time they travel, they love to see and experience new cultures and lifestyles.
