Healthy Spaghetti & Meatballs!

Pasta:
2 large spaghetti squash pierced and microwaved for 6 minutes each. Let rest on the counter until cool enough to handle. Then slice in half lengthwise, scoop out the seedy junk, and shred the rest.
Sauce:
Simmer a 28 oz can of tomato purée, with a 14 oz can diced tomatoes and a 12 oz can of tomato paste. Add 1/4 C granulated sugar substitute, 1 tbl Italian seasoning, and 1 tbl garlic powder, and salt & pepper to taste.
Meatballs:
1 pounds 93% lean ground turkey
1/2 pounds 90% lean ground beef
1 large egg
1/4 C ground flax meal
1/3 C almond flour
1 tbl olive oil
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tbl Italian seasoning
1 tbl garlic powder
Instructions:
Mix and form into meatballs, then bake them in a single layer on a baking dish 375* for 45 minutes. Carefully add to the simmering sauce and serve with cooked spaghetti squash or zucchini “noodles!”
