something more ethical, more honest, and more community-focused. As a third-generation roofer and now

President of ARCA, I’ve spent my life in this business, and I knew I wanted to build a company where

integrity came first and giving back wasn’t an afterthought. Eco Roofing isn’t just about putting roofs over

people’s heads, it’s about creating a culture of trust, supporting families, and showing up for the

community that’s given me so much. For me, roofing is personal, and so is doing the right thing.

Eric Perry is the passionate owner of Eco Roofing Solutions and a third-generation roofer with over 25 years of hands-on experience. As President of the Arizona Roofing Contractors Association (ARCA), Eric is committed to raising the bar for the roofing industry across Arizona. His driving force has always been simple: to do exceptional roofing so he can give back to the community and create real impact in people’s lives. When he’s not climbing roofs or leading with integrity, Eric enjoys spending time with his amazing wife, Cierra, and their five awesome kids. He’s also a fan of long motorcycle rides, but truthfully, (besides his family) there’s nothing he loves more than roofing.

Tearah Rice, Director of Marketing. Tearah is the Director of Marketing at Eco Roofing Solutions, where she combines creativity, strategy, and heart to connect with the community and grow the brand. She’s

passionate about building genuine relationships, giving back locally, and making sure every homeowner

knows who to call when they need a roofer they can trust. Outside of work, Tearah is all about quality time

—whether it’s with her daughter, her two dogs, or soaking up the sunshine at the pool, lake, or river. She

believes marketing should feel personal, because business is all about people.

Brad is the Production Manager at Eco Roofing Solutions and the engine that keeps every job running

smoothly. With years of experience and a knack for logistics, Brad handles all things production, from

scheduling crews to making sure every detail is perfect. He’s highly respected by both the team and the

community for his reliability, leadership, and no-nonsense approach to getting things done. When he’s not keeping roofs on track, Brad’s probably off on an adventure. He loves to travel (he just got back from

Tahiti!), ride motorcycles, or spend time out on the water boating.

Aimee is the Office Manager at Eco Roofing Solutions and truly the backbone of our operations. She runs

the show behind the scenes, keeping everything organized, efficient, and moving forward. Aimee is the goto for just about everything and the glue that keeps our team connected. Outside of work, she loves

spending time with her family and has a serious talent for poker (don’t challenge her unless you're ready to

lose!). Her dedication, heart, and hustle make her an essential part of the Eco family.

Shelby is our only woman Roofing Specialist, and she’s an absolute rockstar. She’s out there climbing

roofs, inspecting like a pro, and proving every day that there’s nothing she can’t handle. Shelby brings a

level of care and determination to every inspection, making clients feel confident and supported. Off the

roof, she’s a proud mama and a total animal lover, whether it’s her dogs, cats, or chickens, her heart is full

of love (and probably pet treats). We’re so lucky to have Shelby on the team—she’s paving the way and

raising the bar!

Thomika is our numbers gangster, she keeps our accounting tight and our finances flowing smoothly. With

a sharp eye for detail and a talent for making sense of all things money, she’s the behind-the-scenes

powerhouse that keeps us on track. Outside the spreadsheets, Thomika is an amazing mom who lives for

sunshine, summertime, and poolside vibes. Whether she's balancing budgets or soaking up rays, she brings warmth, fun, and precision to everything she does!
