A Kick-Off Celebration to Remember

Many thanks to Hunter for hosting (and spoiling!) those who came out to celebrate the new Stroll Upper Brookville magazine

On a seasonably warm evening in early July, we came together to celebrate the launch of Stroll Upper Brookville magazine. 

Hosted by Chef Hunter Wells, owner Scott Wells and manager Leonardo Plaia, we were treated to dish upon perfectly-seasoned dish of their mouthwatering Mediterranean-fusion fare. 

Some of our favorites included the double dose of Gruyere-based tarte flambée (thin crust French pizza), tuna tartare, calamari fritti and their signature dish, Seafood Paella, a traditional Spanish flavor medley made with rice, sofrito of onions, garlic and peppers topped with fresh seafood (codfish, calamari, shrimp, clams). 

To finish, they indulged us with a sampler of desserts including profiteroles, cheesecake and Madeleines. Psst: Calling all cheesecake connoisseurs -- their divinely fluffy take is not to be missed.
