We absolutely love our community and intentionally work to build relationships in and around our city.”

Before becoming a real estate agent, Kristi earned her degree in nursing and worked as an ICU nurse for 17 years. After moving to Leander, she and her husband, Lee, became incredibly enthusiastic about investment properties. Together, they love to “flip” houses and even do the labor themselves from beginning to end. Kristi also has a special interest in the custom design side of luxury home building. She has a great sense of true quality and craftsmanship, along with having great relationships with several custom builders in the area. While she has been living in Leander for over 13 years, she has had the opportunity to help clients buy and sell throughout this beautiful community and stays on top of the current market values. 

This community has also been the village that helped raise her children, forging deep and meaningful relationships, which provided both respite and sanctuary for her and her family. Unexpectedly and looking back over the last 13 years, her hill country home and relationships made have been the beautiful backdrop for all that matters. 

That experience seems to be a shared feeling. The housing market in our regional area offers some of the most desirable and limited inventory in the country. Even with the increase in interest rates, inventory is currently the most challenging aspect of real estate in today’s market. Sellers want top dollar, and buyers want a great deal. Kristi has had the privilege of representing several buyers and sellers in our area in this market, and she knows how to navigate every transaction. She considers her relationships and ability to work with her neighbors a true honor. 

Kristi is a mom to two beautiful, dancing daughters at Leander High School. When not selling real estate, she can be found serving on various committees within Leander ISD, subbing as a school nurse, serving at LHS as a hall monitor, and traveling or transporting her children around.
