The quaint design, earthy tones, and attention to detail make the Ugliano Home one of the most magical properties in the neighborhood.  Walking through the wooden gate, the rocking chairs and fall decor beckon you to the door.  It feels as though you might find Goldilocks napping or Snow White and the seven dwarves washing dishes inside.  The Fairytale feel is cozy and inviting, perfect for fall.

JoAnn, Don, and their dog, Cody, have called 13183 SW 5th Avenue home since 2012.  One look at the kitchen, and they knew it was the perfect home for them. It's both functional and beautiful, and it has everything they need.  The house is full of little reading nooks and cozy corners.  A clawfoot tub keeps the character level high, even in the bathroom, and those gorgeous beams and custom tiles take your breath away.  JoAnn did all the decorating herself with a bit of help from her sweet friend, Kelly Shore.  

JoAnn and Don love that their home sits beside the retention pond. It gives them the feeling of having acreage without the maintenance, which is the best. JoAnn loves walking up to the pool with her granddaughter Rylie, and she takes advantage of the concerts at the Town Center. They also love being close to their two children, Shaun and Colleen.
