Meet David Roentz, owner and publisher of the Stroll Timbers, the exclusive publication for the residents in the Timbers community. I currently reside in Castle Rock, CO with my cat fantasia, unfortunately I lost my wife Jolynn to cancer in November of 2022. I am very blessed to have been doing this publication for almost 10 years, and love connecting the residents together, and local businesses who sponsor as a preferred vendor, word of mouth partner in the neighborhood.

I look forward each and every month to helping our residents publish their stories and photos that make this a very unique opportunity for businesses to reach a very desirable demographic of homeowners. I addition to our print ads, we provide digital and social media advertising, and invitations to an in person social events.
