Before becoming a business owner, Brian proudly served 22 years in the United States Army after beginning his military career in 1984. Rising through the ranks to become a Drill Instructor and eventually a First Sergeant, he developed the leadership, accountability, and discipline that continue to define Everything Clean today. His military background reflects a lifelong commitment to service, integrity, and excellence—principles that remain at the core of both his personal and professional life.

Brian has built far more than a successful business in Thornwood and the surrounding Fox Valley communities—he has built a reputation founded on trust, family values, consistency, and hard work. As the owner of Everything Clean Laundromat, Brian works alongside his wife, Donna, who oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, while their children each contribute in meaningful ways to the family business. Their daughter Brionna, owner of Briezay Dance Academy, along with Nicole, who assists in managing when needed, the evening shift operations, help ensure the business runs smoothly each day. Their son, Christopher, has established a partnership with Brian and they own CNB Construction Consultants, Inc. and GCB Metal Building Systems LLC. Together, the Harrington family represents a true team effort built on dedication, loyalty, and shared values.

Brian’s journey into the laundry industry began unexpectedly through a construction opportunity that ultimately led to partial ownership in a laundromat. That experience inspired him to become co-founder of Happy Life Laundry in Rockford, Illinois, in 2015. After successfully operating and later selling the business in 2020, Brian launched Everything Clean in Elgin later that same year, where it continues to grow and serve the community today.
