The Bennett Family

For us, being huge Auburn fans is more than just cheering on our favorite team. It's a family tradition that began when my husband and I were high school sweethearts. We went to Auburn together and spent four years loving the excitement of game days – tailgating, cheering in the student section, and feeling the team spirit.

Brock, growing up, found himself wholeheartedly cheering on the Tigers, watching football games alongside his dad. For this military brat (Christina), the path to becoming an Auburn fan unfurled differently. In elementary school, I moved to Alabama, where a decision awaited me: Auburn or Alabama? It was a question almost everyone would ask me, so I knew I had to make a choice. One glance at both mascots and the decision was made in an instant. Aubie, with his lively charm and captivating presence, won my heart over. After all, who could resist the charisma of the best mascot in college football?

Our time at Auburn University was so much fun, making Saturday home games a cherished tradition. Tailgating, cheering in the student section, and experiencing the electric atmosphere of Jordan-Hare Stadium—We loved it all!

Now, even though we can't make every game, we still gather with friends to tailgate and share the tradition with our kids, Mila and Everly. Our love for Auburn isn't just about football wins; it's about the good times, the friends we've made, and passing down the joy to the next generation.
