Keith Ashford, age 14, has lived in The Resort his entire life! He lives with his mom and dad, two sisters and two brothers; however, he has another sister who lives in Colorado.

 

Keith attends Wayside Middle School, and he also participates in engineering high school credit classes. After he completes all his schooling, his goal is to be a pilot or engineer.

 

Until then, he’d like to earn some money. Additionally, he wanted to know what it might be like to have a job. Dog sitting/walking is a great fit because he loves to work with dogs. He says, “One of my clients is Roxy, and she is a really good doggie!” Keith also pet-sits other animals too. He's very comfortable with all types of animals and loves them all! 

 

Keith always holds up his end of the bargain and is reliable. He always checks his school and extra-curricular activities to make sure he’s available.

 

When asked to name someone he admires, Keith says, “There are many people I admire, but someone I admire the most is my dad. He always brings me up when I am down, and he is always there for me.”
