HOT BACON DIP & HOT ONION SOUFFLE

Hot Bacon Dip
Ingredients:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1/2 cup crushed ritz crackers
8 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Instructions:
Mix the first four ingredients.
Top with crispy bacon and crakers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Hot Onion Souffle
This appetizer is from Beth Hamer's kitchen. The recipe makes a very large portion.
Ingredients:
12-16 ounces frozen chopped onions (3-4 cups)
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
corn chips or crackers
Instructions:
- Thaw onions. Roll in paper towels, squeezing out excess moisture.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Stir together onions, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a shallow, unbuttered 2 quart souffle dish.
- Bake 15-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with crackers or chips.
