“I truly enjoy my job,” he shares. “Yes, I plumb - but my number one thing is customer service. I enjoy having satisfaction from customers in every job that I do.”

Jon founded Madden Plumbing Services in 2014 and has grown it into a respected local company offering a full range of plumbing services including new construction, remodels, excavation and new water service, residential service calls, water heater installation, leak detection, camera-assisted diagnostics, and unclogging or “unstopping” drains. From repairing burst pipes in the middle of the night to upgrading the plumbing in a home renovation, the team is equipped with advanced tools and real-world experience.

“There are challenges every day,” Jon says. “Whether it’s busy schedules, equipment upgrades, or navigating the natural ups and downs of running a business. But having these challenges and trials is what gives the opportunity for growth.”

And Jon doesn’t back down from any of it.

“It has always been a thing of mine to keep on moving, keep on trying, keep pushing my employees, myself, and my company to be the best it can be.”

Looking to the future, Jon is always dreaming big. “I may even end up in the Porta Jon business one day—who knows!” he laughs. “My mind is constantly moving with thoughts, goals, and dreams for the future. But one thing’s for sure: we’re here, and we’re here to help.”
