A Family Legacy of Craftsmanship and Community

Myrtle Beach is home to many family-run businesses that have stood the test of time, but few carry the depth of history and commitment to quality quite like Easton Industries.

For 51 years, this company has been synonymous with expert craftsmanship in custom stone products, creating one-of-a-kind kitchens and bathrooms that reflect both precision and personal style.

Today, Cullen Marcis carries on the family legacy, blending tradition with innovation to serve the Grand Strand community.

A Local Legacy
Born and raised in Myrtle Beach, Cullen grew up immersed in the family business, which has been operating since 1974. “I’ve been around it my entire life,” he explains, noting that he officially joined the company in 2018 after a career as a firefighter. Cullen is part of a tight-knit family—he and his high school sweetheart are happily married with three boys, and the values of hard work and dedication run deep in their household.

Easton Industries’ history spans three generations, beginning with Cullen’s grandfather, who founded the business. His father then took the reins, followed by Cullen himself, who now continues the mission his family set decades ago: to provide a quality, fully customized stone product installed with expert craftsmanship.

“Always have and always will be American-made,” Cullen emphasizes, noting that this commitment is part of what has allowed Easton to thrive for over five decades.

Crafting Unique Spaces
Easton Industries specializes in bathroom and kitchen remodels, offering products that are both grout-free and completely customizable.

“What sets us apart is that the homeowner is in complete control,” says Cullen. Clients can mix and match from over 30 colors and choose any combination of tub, shower, vanity top, or full kitchen remodel.

Unlike many companies that subcontract portions of the work, Easton handles every aspect in-house, from manufacturing to installation, providing a true turn-key experience. This hands-on approach not only ensures quality but also allows Easton to offer competitive pricing by avoiding sales tax on their custom products.

The company’s ability to innovate has roots in its desire to introduce something new to the Grand Strand. “The inspiration came from wanting to start something unique—something the area had never seen,” explains Cullen. By continuing to explore the possibilities of cultured marble and granite, this family-owned business has given countless homeowners a chance to create spaces that are both practical and beautifully personalized.

Community Connection
Cullen is quick to point out that his company is deeply connected to the local community. “Our roots run deep here,” he says. “We continuously work with previous customers dating back to the 70s and 80s, which naturally leads to referrals to family members, local businesses, and schools.”

The company’s commitment to fair pricing ensures that homeowners of any financial status can access the bathroom or kitchen of their dreams. This dedication to service, community, and affordability has cemented Easton Industries as a trusted name in Myrtle Beach.

Overcoming Challenges
The 2008 Recession was a particularly testing time. With new home construction slowing dramatically, the company pivoted its focus to remodeling projects, a move that not only allowed the business to survive but also strengthened its expertise in creating custom renovations. “Turning our attention to remodeling was how we survived,” says Cullen, reflecting on the resilience that has helped shape the company’s growth.

Looking Ahead
For Cullen, the future is full of possibilities. “My vision is to grow the company and allow others across South and North Carolina to experience what we offer,” he shares. Whether expanding their reach or continuing to innovate with new designs, the company remains committed to its founding principles of quality, customization, and American craftsmanship.

Easton Industries is more than just a business—it is a legacy of family, skill, and community commitment. With a history spanning three generations, a dedication to craftsmanship, and a vision for the future, the company continues to transform kitchens and bathrooms into spaces that are uniquely the homeowner’s own.
