Laura Fauntleroy is a seasoned real estate professional and proud Bellas neighbor who brings over two decades of industry experience—along with a deep personal connection to Fort Worth—into every client relationship.

A Foundation in Psychology and Service
Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from TCU and a master’s in social work from UTA. After spending 15 years in the mental health field, she transitioned into real estate in 2001 while living in California. “We had just moved back from being stationed in Japan, and I wanted a flexible schedule so I could be involved at my kids’ school,” she shares. That decision launched a now 24-year career that’s taken her across multiple states and markets—and eventually, back home to Fort Worth.

Married to Kyle, a recently retired Navy Chaplain who served 30 years on active duty, Laura is also a devoted mother and grandmother. Her family includes daughter Grace, son Griffin and his wife Alexandria, and their three daughters: Briar, Emersyn, and Fynnley.

A Commitment to Personalized Real Estate Service
Today, Laura is part of the Williams Trew family and represents both buyers and sellers across all price points and demographics. Her personal mission is to provide exemplary, individualized service. “I’ve often been referred to as a ‘personal hand-holder’ during the real estate process,” she says. Known for her calm, solutions-oriented approach and high-touch communication style, Laura ensures that each client’s next chapter begins with confidence.

The Secrets to Her Success
A strong advocate for visual storytelling in real estate, Laura believes in the power of thoughtful staging—whether that’s a quick walkthrough together or bringing in a professional to reimagine the space. Her advice? “Most buyers shop with their eyes first, so we want to make that first impression count.”

Besides her practical vision, Laura's adaptability has given her long-term success across many markets. Having weathered everything from the 2008 housing crash to the rapid market shifts of the pandemic, she knows how to pivot with grace. “Change is the constant in real estate,” she says. “My role is to adapt quickly and guide my clients through whatever the market brings.”

Giving Back to the Fort Worth Community
What sets Laura apart isn’t just her industry experience—it’s also her heart for service. She’s actively involved in supporting local organizations like Presbyterian Night Shelter, Lena Pope Home, her church (University Christian Church), and community events including charity golf tournaments and concerts.

Proudly Representing The Bellas
And if you’re looking to buy or sell in The Bellas? You couldn’t ask for a better guide. “I love representing homes in The Bellas—it’s my neighborhood, too. I know what makes our community special, and I love sharing that with buyers and fellow agents.”

Whether you’re new to the area or considering your next move, Laura Fauntleroy is a trusted local resource ready to help you find home.
