Fall Kids’ Cupcake Workshop: Our CupCakery will offer a festive baking workshop while kids are out of school on Tuesday, November 4 (Election Day). From 1–2:30 p.m., young bakers (ages 8 and up) will learn to bake and decorate fall-themed cupcakes using buttercream, fondant molds, and impression mats. Harvest Market at Bridge Park: Bring the family to Bridge Park on Saturday, November 8 for a Harvest Market brought to you by The Dublin Market. Veterans Day Ceremony: Dublin’s annual Veterans Day Ceremony will be held at the Grounds of Remembrance in Dublin Veterans Park on Tuesday, November 11 at 11 a.m. You may also tour the Grounds of Remembrance by visiting eight Dublin Veterans Park features and scanning the corresponding QR code to watch an informational video narrated by U.S. Army veteran Mike Kehoe. Lowe’s Letterbox Project: Come to Lowe’s on Saturday, November 15 at 10:00 a.m. for a Holiday Letterbox workshop! Kids will create their own personalized hanging letterbox to hold family cards and use a calendar decal to count down the days to the holidays. The Wind in the Willows: Come to Dublin Jerome High School on November 20–22 at 7:00 p.m., with a special sensory-friendly matinee on Saturday, November 22 at 1:00 p.m., for The Wind in the Willows – Young @ Part. Follow Mole, Rat, Badger, and the mischievous Mr. Toad through hilarious misadventures, daring escapes, and a battle to save Toad Hall from Chief Weasel and his gang. Presented by the Theatre III Advanced Acting Ensemble, this heartwarming, musical comedy is the perfect family outing. Frozen Jr.: The beloved Disney musical, Frozen Jr., will be performed at the Abbey Theater on Friday, November 21 at 7 p.m.; Saturday, November 22 at 1, 4 and 7 p.m.; and Sunday, November 23 at 1 and 4 p.m. at the Abbey Theater. Wildlights: Wildlights will illuminate the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium nightly between November 21 and January 4. A Members Night on Thursday, November 20 will precede the regular season. Stroll through a wonderland of holiday cheer as you marvel at light shows and displays, enjoy holiday music, and visit with the animals. Flying Feather Four Miler: Start your Thanksgiving Day off with a run! The OhioHealth Flying Feather Four Miler will kick off at the Club at Corazon (7155 Corazon Drive) at 9 a.m. on Thursday, November 27, following the Kids’ Gobbler Chase at 8:30 a.m. Proceeds from this event benefit the 2nd & 7 Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Columbus that promotes reading.
