A Life in Motion: The Morgan Family Journey

With deep local ties, a full house, and even fuller schedules, the Morgans are making the most of every season together.

Hello, neighbors! We are Shaun and Erin Morgan, and we have proudly called 28 Crabapple Lane home for the past 11 years. We truly believe Summerfield Farms is one of the best neighborhoods in all of Lancaster, and we feel incredibly fortunate to raise our family here.
Our household is a lively one, shared with our three children—Jocelyn (10), Nolan (8), and Tessa (6). We are also big animal lovers, and our home is rounded out by our three birds—Bumper, Yeti, and Ally—and our Yorkie, Stanley.
Our roots in Western New York run deep. Erin grew up right here in Lancaster, while I grew up in Buffalo (Lovejoy, to be exact). We actually met at St. Mary’s High School and have now been together for 23 years.
Today, all three of our children attend St. Mary’s Elementary School, and their schedules keep us happily on the move. Jocelyn and Tessa are both talented competitive dancers, while Nolan stays busy year-round with baseball, football, and hockey.
One unique aspect of our family is that both Erin and Jocelyn live with Type 1 diabetes. While it is a lifelong, daily condition, they have found it to be a blessing in disguise. It has created a special bond between them and given our entire family a deeper perspective on health and resilience. They never let it stand in the way of doing the things they love.
When we are home, the creativity doesn’t slow down. Jocelyn is always crafting, baking, or dreaming up her next “business” idea. Nolan is our outdoorsman and builder—he loves fishing, Legos, and spending time with his friends. Tessa is happiest playing with her babies or joining her big sister for a crafting session.
Erin has been a dedicated Physician Assistant for over a decade. She balances two important roles: working in post-surgical rehabilitation at Brothers of Mercy and serving as an Interventional Radiology PA with Catholic Health Systems, where she manages complex cases and performs procedures using advanced imaging technology.
As for me, I am a chiropractor and recently opened my own practice, Morgan Chiropractic, here in Lancaster. After more than a decade in practice, I specialize in work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and sports medicine. My greatest passion is motivating my patients to become the best versions of themselves through an active, healthy lifestyle. Most recently, I’ve expanded into the study of peptides, exploring how they can support recovery and overall wellness. I’m always happy to be a resource for my neighbors—whether you have questions about sports injuries or peptide therapy, feel free to reach out or stop by for a quick consultation. I’m also happy to offer a half-off initial session for Summerfield Farms residents.
When we aren’t working, we certainly aren’t sitting still. Most days, you’ll find us running our “family shuttle service” between sporting events and dance practices. We’re simply doing our best to live life to its fullest in this busy season, embracing every moment of the chaos.
In the small pockets of free time we do have, Erin enjoys reading and traveling with the kids. We’ve been fortunate to visit places like Puerto Rico, St. Lucia, St. Thomas, the Bahamas, and Cozumel. I enjoy coaching youth sports, strength training, and exploring new places with the family.
We chose this neighborhood over a decade ago because we fell in love with our lot—it sits beautifully against the pond, and we never get tired of watching the sunset. When we aren’t on the go, we love taking walks around the neighborhood or visiting the waterfront.
We’re also big fans of local ice cream—you can often find us at Frosty’s, Big Papa’s, or Rosie’s grabbing a treat. Most of all, we are grateful for the friendships we’ve built on Crabapple Lane and feel lucky to be raising our kids in such a special community.

If you see us out and about, please say hello!
