For the past five years, she has overseen day-to-day operations, proudly keeping Arthur’s personal, family-driven service alive.

Now raising her family locally, Madeline values the ties Arthur’s has built across Western New York. “Our team is small—less than 10 employees—but that means we know our customers well,” she shares. “Those one-on-one relationships make all the difference.”
