Hello Summerfield Farms...

A Letter from the Owner of MAC Fitness

My name is Matt Cybulski and I am the owner and head trainer at MAC Fitness located a few short miles from your neighborhood in West Seneca. We specialize in small group personal training, one-on-one personal training, nutrition coaching and overall lifestyle and behavioral change.
Born & raised here, I grew up in the city of Buffalo’s Lovejoy Neighborhood on the East side. I lived on Schiller Street until I was 11 and when our late grandfather built our parent's home on Losson Road.
I grew up playing baseball, football, hockey and basketball. I got into weight training at 12, competed in Powerlifting at 15, and played club hockey at SUNY Fredonia.
I am married to my beautiful wife, Stefanie who is a LMHC at Horizon Health Services. We have two amazing boys, Matthew Gerhardt, 28 months, and Jordan Matthew, 5 months old.
We love spending time with our families, exploring what Buffalo has to offer especially taking part in the seasonal activities with our kids. Personally, I love to golf in my “spare time.”
My life desire has always been to help others. It brings me joy knowing I had an impact in someone's life.
My career began in finance with Merrill Lynch & Mass Mutual, back to my roots managing Camillo’s Sloan market until 2015. Health and fitness has been a part of my life, but I made it my career in 2016 when I joined Body & Soul Transformation Center. In 2018, when my sister was diagnosed with Stage IV metastatic inflammatory breast cancer at the age of 38.
Life waits for no one. I quit and started MAC Fitness in my basement in November 2018, growing into our first studio in November 2019.
MAC Fitness is a unique style of group training that is more like semi-private training that gives you the energy of a small group with the attention of personal training. Our focus is on providing clients with the most accurate information in an industry that is hellbent on gimmicks and sales tactics.
Our client-centered approach meets you where you are now, and provides you with a clear solution and roadmap to where you want to be. We put people first. We are more than fitness, we are family.
We get together a few times a year outside of the gym to connect on a deeper level and grow relationships that last beyond the gym. We currently contribute to IHA Kids run, participate in fundraisers for cancer, Alzheimer's and Pediatrics Epilepsy. Our monthly contributions to St. Judes help to ensure that no family ever has to see a bill.
A lifelong learner, I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength & Condition Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pain-free Performance Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, and Level 1 Nutrition Coach.
We can help residents with weight loss, muscle building, nutritional coaching, behavior change, post Physical Therapy Training, and improving overall health, fitness and nutrition habits.
As a parent of a child with a rare form of Epilepsy called Infantile Spasms, I am extremely grateful for my family, our health and all that life has blessed us with now and in the future. I’m successful because as I mention in my Amazon best-selling book, Find Your Playlist, I refuse to lose. Perseverance and resiliency are my superpowers.
I look forward to helping you reach your health and fitness goals so you can continue to live a happy, healthy, and LONG life.
        Peace, Love & fitness,
        Matt C.
