Rohlax Wellness: Move Better, Feel Better, Live Better
Buffalo-born owner Chelsea Rohl brings personalized assisted stretching and whole-person care to WNY—helping neighbors restore mobility, relax, and reconnect with their bodies.
Hello! My name is Chelsea Rohl, and I’m the owner of Rohlax Wellness, a holistic wellness studio in Williamsville, NY. At Rohlax, our mission is simple yet powerful: to help you move better, feel better, and live better. We specialize in personalized assisted stretching sessions designed to promote relaxation, restore mobility, and support your overall well-being.
I’m Buffalo born and raised, having grown up in Wheatfield, NY, and now calling Cheektowaga home, where we love being centrally located to both friends and family. I’ve been happily married to my best friend, Marc, for eight years—we first met back in 2009 on a co-ed soccer field and have been inseparable ever since. Together, we share our home with quite the lively crew: three dogs, a tortoise, four birds, and a few fish—lovingly (and with plenty of laughter) referring to it all as “the farm.” When it comes to local favorites, we’ve really been enjoying the energy in the Lancaster area, especially spending time at The Rooted Cup, Lancaster Village Coffee Co., and our new go-to spot, Vibe Yoga Lab. Outside of work, I try to spend as much time in nature as I can, and most recently, I’ve taken up fishing—thanks to my husband’s patient teaching.
The inspiration for Rohlax Wellness grew from my years in healthcare and bodywork, where I witnessed just how transformative even small shifts in movement and self-care can be. I wanted to create a space where people could slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and leave feeling genuinely better—physically and mentally.

The journey here has been anything but linear, but every twist brought me closer to this vision. After years working in traditional healthcare, I realized I wanted a more holistic approach—one that didn’t just treat symptoms but supported overall well-being. Guided by that passion, I took the leap to open my own studio, combining hands-on experience with a love for helping others move and feel better. Every client, every session, and every challenge has shaped Rohlax into the welcoming, restorative space it is today—a place where people can truly prioritize themselves and their wellness.
What makes Rohlax Wellness truly one-of-a-kind is our focus on personalized care—every assisted stretch session is thoughtfully tailored to each individual, helping not just with mobility, but also promoting relaxation and overall well-being. I take the greatest pride in the connections I build with my clients; many say our sessions feel as much like a mental reset as a physical one, and seeing that transformation is incredibly rewarding. What sets us apart is the blend of hands-on expertise, a holistic approach, and a welcoming, nurturing space where clients feel genuinely seen and supported. The most fulfilling part of what I do is watching someone leave feeling lighter, more energized, and ready to move through life with greater ease—knowing I’ve played a small role in helping them feel their very best.
One of the ways we love giving back to our community is through our monthly giveaways, where we spotlight a local business and their products or services while also showing appreciation for our own clients who continue to support us. Recently, we launched our “T-Shirts That Give Back” line, donating a portion of proceeds each quarter to local charities and organizations. We also enjoy participating in events that celebrate and uplift our community, such as Beauty Boost Buffalo, which supports women-owned businesses and brings local women together. For us, these initiatives are about more than just giving—they’re about creating connections, fostering local growth, and celebrating the incredible people and businesses that make Buffalo such a vibrant community.
My advice for anyone in the neighborhood—or really anyone at all—is to prioritize movement and self-care before small aches and stiffness turn into bigger issues. Even short, consistent sessions can make a huge difference in mobility, posture, and overall well-being. You don’t have to be an athlete or have a chronic condition to benefit; anyone who experiences tension, limited range of motion, or simply wants a mental and physical reset can see real improvements.

Residents can tell they might benefit from our services if they notice everyday movements—reaching, bending, or twisting—feeling tighter or more difficult than they’d like, or if stress and tension are lingering in their body. Our assisted stretching sessions are designed to meet each individual where they are, helping release tension, restore mobility, and leave people feeling lighter, more relaxed, and better equipped to move through daily life with ease.
I’m most grateful for the incredible support of our clients, friends, and family—without them, Rohlax Wellness simply wouldn’t exist. I attribute our success to building genuine relationships, staying passionate about what we do, and always striving to provide a welcoming, personalized experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

I also love Stroll Magazine for its celebration of the local community. It highlights the unique businesses, people, and events that make this area so special, and it’s such a joy to be part of a publication that connects neighbors while inspiring them to explore, support, and engage with the community around them.
