Hi! I'm Coco, a three-year-old mini Aussiedoodle, and I have a very important job.

I make people smile.

I didn't know that was my job when I came home. My family thought they were bringing me home to keep my big sister, Paisley, company. She's a 14-year-old Yorkie who enjoys the finer things in life, like cozy blankets, snack time, and uninterrupted naps.

I enjoy all of those things too, but I also think every day deserves a celebration.

My mom says I have the biggest personality she's ever seen in a dog. I'm not exactly sure what that means, but she laughs at me all the time, so I must be doing something right.

She especially loves my smile. Not everyone smiles with their whole mouth, but I do. Mom calls it my "gum smile," and apparently it's pretty hard to resist.

Then there's my walk. Mom says I have a sassy little strut. Personally, I just think it's important to walk like you're happy to be wherever you're going.

The best part of my day is being with my family. If someone is laughing, I want to be there. If someone is playing, count me in. And if Mom is having a hard day, I somehow know. I'll sit beside her until she smiles again. That's one of my favorite things to do.

Paisley and I are very different, but we make a great team. She reminds me to slow down once in a while, and I remind her that life is pretty exciting.

We're both incredibly spoiled, completely devoted to our family, and loved more than we deserve.

I'd say that's a pretty wonderful life.
