It’s Not Just the Market. It’s Who Guides You Through It
With deep local roots and a relationship-first, no frills and no-nonsense approach, Anne-Marie Drouant helps clients navigate life’s biggest moves with clarity and care.
When Anne-Marie Drouant entered the world of real estate almost 13 years ago, she didn’t just take on a new career. She stepped into a lifelong passion for helping people navigate life’s biggest transitions with honesty, care, and confidence.
Originally from Youngsville and now living just down the road in Maurice, Anne-Marie is no stranger to the area she serves. “I’ve always been deeply rooted here,” she says. “I know Sugar Mill Pond and Youngsville not just as a market, but as a place to call home.” That perspective allows her to guide clients with a level of insight that goes beyond comps and contracts. It is about helping people find the right fit for their lives.
Anne-Marie’s journey into real estate began while she was still at the University of Louisiana, studying education. Around that time, her husband began investing in rental properties, and what started as curiosity quickly turned into a calling. “I realized I loved the process: the strategy, the relationships, the chance to truly help people with something meaningful.”
Now, more than a decade later, Anne-Marie has built a career defined by trust, repeat clients, and a thoughtful approach that stands out in a competitive industry. Many of her earliest clients, once first-time buyers, have returned to her to sell their homes and move into their next chapter. “There’s nothing more rewarding than walking alongside people through those big life moments,” she says.
After working with a successful real estate team, Anne-Marie recently stepped out on her own, bringing with her the experience, professionalism, and personal drive that have made her a trusted name locally. She offers a full range of services, from residential listings and home searches to investment guidance and occasional commercial deals, but what truly sets her apart is the way she shows up for her clients.
“I’m not here to pressure anyone into a sale. My role is to educate, support, and guide my clients in whatever way they need, at their pace, on their timeline,” she explains. “I care deeply about what’s best for the people I serve.”
When she’s not showing homes or strategizing with clients, Anne-Marie is spending time with her husband, Leighton, and their two children, Colt and Lila. The family enjoys the outdoors, weekends at their lake house in Toledo Bend, and making the most of time together. Anne-Marie is also involved with the Youngsville Historical Preservation Society and looks forward to continuing to give back as her business grows.
If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or simply exploring your options, Anne-Marie invites you to reach out. “I’d love to be a resource,” she says. “Even if it’s just a conversation, I’m always happy to help.”
