What inspired you to start Tidy Home Consultants?

Our journey to starting Tidy Home Consultants grew out of both life experiences and a shared passion for organization. We are both originally from Venezuela and came to the United States searching for new opportunities and a better future for our families.

Before moving here, Rubmary worked as an attorney and Milangela earned a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources. When we arrived in the United States, our professional paths changed, but those experiences taught us discipline, resilience, and the value of hard work.

The idea for the business came during a vision board session when we were discussing our goals and the future we wanted to build. We realized that helping people create clean, organized homes was something we both genuinely enjoyed. For us, a well-maintained space brings peace, comfort, and balance to everyday life.

Today, Rubmary is the proud mother of twin girls, and Milangela lives in Youngsville with her husband and their four children. Our families are our greatest motivation and the reason we work hard every day to grow both personally and professionally.

What makes Tidy Home Consultants different from other cleaning services?

What makes our business unique is the way we approach every home with intention and care. We do not see our work as simply completing a cleaning task. We see it as helping families create a space that supports their daily lives.
