Hello, and welcome! My name is Shelbi, and I’m thrilled to be part of Stroll Stone Cliff with you. From a young age, I was drawn to storytelling. I remember donning thick-rimmed glasses and diving into journalism classes in high school, inspired by the idea of being a writer—someone who could connect people through words. Over time, that passion has evolved into something bigger: a desire not just to tell stories, but to help share them—your stories.

I grew up in Montana but every spring I’d visit my grandma in St. George. It was always my safe, happy place. So when life gave me the opportunity to move wherever I wanted, I chose St. George. 

My kids and I moved here 3 years ago from Italy. My 10-year-old son, Royce, is passionate about soccer, devours encyclopedias and loves Pokemon. My daughter, Jeannie, age 9, is a creative spirit who loves swimming, reading fiction and spending time with friends. Together, we enjoy traveling, playing games, and listening to audiobooks. Personally, I love hiking–especially in Zion.  Once a year for my birthday my kids go with me without any complaints, it’s the best! 

I have loved talking with so many of you, listening to your stories and getting to know your hearts.I’ve been deeply inspired, and I hope that as you read this publication each month, you’ll feel a genuine sense of connection and inspiration through the stories your neighbors share.
