Southbridge Live Well Series Kicks Off: Oral Health Meets Whole-Body Wellness
An Evening of Wellness, Wisdom & Wine with Godley Station Dental and 815 Bistro
Dr. Matthew Allen with Drs. Hatch and Tran of Godley Station Dental
Southbridge residents gathered at 815 Bistro inside Southbridge's Grand Lake Club for the inaugural Southbridge Live Well Series, presented by Stroll Southbridge in partnership with Godley Station Dental. Guests enjoyed an elegant spread of fruits, cheeses, and handcrafted charcuterie prepared by owner Ray DuBois and his team, while Dr. Matthew Allen, founding dentist and CEO of Godley Station Dental, led a captivating discussion on the link between oral health and overall wellness.
Dr. Allen shared how routine dental visits can reveal early signs of conditions such as diabetes, leukemia, and heart disease and how good oral hygiene can lower the risk of cardiovascular issues or stroke. He also discussed the practice’s approach to sleep apnea screening and treatment, emphasizing that dental care extends well beyond the smile. Residents were eager to learn more about Godley Station Dental’s Savings Plan, which includes preventive visits, treatment discounts, whitening trays, and more, all with no insurance required.
Drs. Hatch and Tran joined the conversation to answer questions about crowns, implants, and aesthetic enhancements that boost confidence and promote healthy smiles. The relaxed evening inspired meaningful conversations among neighbors, who left informed, connected, and excited for the next event.
A big thank-you to the Godley Station Dental team and to their Director of Marketing and PR, Rebekah Faulk Lingenfelser, for helping make this first event a success. And heartfelt appreciation to Ray and Emily DuBois at 815 Bistro for hosting the community so warmly and serving such amazing food and hospitality.
