Marc and his wife Cristina have lived in Skaneateles for 27 years, raising their three children—Alexandra, Marc Jr., and Isabella—here. Their family story is one rooted in faith, family, hard work, and community. Dr. Pietropaoli’s journey toward creating Knee Repair, NOT Knee Replacement® began with a simple but powerful question: “Why can’t we repair knees instead of replacing them with metal and plastic?” That question, asked during his medical training in Syracuse in the early 1990s, eventually grew into a career-long mission.
